Receiving My Order

Can I pick up my order?

If you live in the DC Metro area, it is possible to pick up your order.  However, there are limited hours available and it is by appointment only.  All appointments are at our discretion and may not be available on any given day.

How do you ship?

We use UPS for shipping.  Postal service is a possibility for some orders, but entails an additional handling charge on top of the postage.

If I have a shipper number of my own, can you use it?

Yes, we can use your shipper number.   Because we do not use FedEx for daily pickup, we have to give them adequate notice, so rush orders are not possible.
