Placing My Order

How do I place my order?

We can take an order via fax, email or phone.  We do prefer to have any job involving lettering in writing, just to safeguard against spelling mistakes.  If you are placing an embroidery, screenprinting or large transfer order, we will write up a sales order that we fax or email to you.  You will need to sign the authorization and send it back to us.

What do you need to get started?

In order to process an order, we need to know exactly what we are doing.  We need the artwork (if you are providing it) or a clear idea of what you want.  We need the breakdown of sizes for shirts or whatever you are ordering.  We also need to know placement, if applicable.  Once we have all of that, then we can get the order written up and we require a deposit to place the order.
